🚚 Digital Delivery Policy (No Physical Shipping)

All products sold on this platform are digital. No physical shipping or delivery applies. Upon successful payment:

  • Access to your course/module or digital product will be granted via your account or sent to your registered email.
  • Most access is granted instantly or within 24 hours.

Please ensure your email address and account details are accurate during registration to avoid any access delays.

❌ Cancellation Policy

As we provide instant access to digital content, we generally do not allow cancellations once a payment is confirmed.

However, you may request a cancellation before accessing or downloading the content, provided the request is made within 12 hours of purchase.

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

  • You are unable to access the product due to technical issues on our side.
  • The product delivered is not as described.
  • Duplicate purchases (accidental multiple charges for the same item).

Refunds Will Not Be Issued:

  • For change of mind after access is granted.
  • If you’ve already downloaded or started using the content.
  • After 7 days from the date of purchase.

Refund Process:

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method:
    • Online Banking: Refund credited within 3–5 working days.
    • Credit/Debit Card: Subject to your card issuer’s processing time.
